These terms of use apply to cfmusic.org, the foundation website of Campfire Music Foundation, a Minnesota 501(c)(3) public charity. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may share links to public pages on this website. You may quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution to Campfire Music Foundation and a link to the source page. You may not scrape the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful code.
Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Campfire brand, is owned by Campfire Music Foundation or used with permission from its rightsholders. Use beyond personal sharing and attributed brief quotation requires written permission. Third-party logos and trademarks shown on the website are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify partnerships or affiliations.
Donations made through the website are processed by Givebutter and are governed by the Fundraising and Gift Acceptance Policies of the foundation. The foundation’s refund policy is described on the Donate page FAQ. Donation receipts will be issued by email. Tax deductibility is to the extent allowed by US law; consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
The website embeds or links to third-party services including Givebutter (donations), Beehiiv (newsletter), and Tally (forms). It may also link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services and websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and on the website.
