Maizy Lawnicki is a policy professional with a Master's in Public Policy from Northeastern University, inspired by the belief that better communities are built through intentional, inclusive change. She brings an intersectional approach to problem-solving, shaped by her academic training, professional experience, and deep community involvement. Maizy currently works as a Research Associate at the National Energy Assistance Directors Association (NEADA) and has previously held roles at the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC) and the National Community Action Partnership (NCAP). In 2025, she collaborated with the Music Policy Forum, helping advance national conversations around equitable cultural policy and the future of the music ecosystem, and serves as Outreach Director for Campfire Music Foundation.
